Course Aims

The aim of this course is to give Ancillary Staff (those staff who support care but do not directly deliver care) the basic knowledge and skills required to provide safe and inclusive support to people in a health and social care work setting.  This course is run over 1 – 5 days and will include appropriate mandatory training to qualify the learner to work.

This course is aimed at housekeeping, maintenance and other non-care staff who work in a health and social care work setting.
